- Neurofeedback with Rae: $115 (25 Minutes)
- Talk Therapy with Rae, with or without Neurofeedback: $230 (50 Minutes)
- Intensive with Rae: $1,000+ (3+ hours; email for details)
- Consultations with Rae: $200 (50 mins)
- Neurofeedback with Jackson: $50 (25 minutes)
- Talk Therapy with Jackson, with or without Neurofeedback: $100 (50 minutes)
- Talk Therapy with Jackson, with or without Neurofeedback: $125 (90 minutes)
- Late Cancel Fee (appointments canceled with 24 hours notice or less): $30 for 25 minute appointments; $50 for longer appointments
- No Show Fee (client is not present within 15 minutes of appointment time): $50 for 25 minute appointments; $100 for longer appointments

What If I Don’t Have The Insurance You Accept? Can I Still Work With My Insurance?
We can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. For details on that process, send us an email today with the subject line “Superbill” or contact us with a message asking for superbill details.
How Do I Discover What My Insurance Will Cover?
To find out what your insurance may cover, contact your insurance and ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. If you need to provide a “CPT code” or a “service code” you can provide the following codes:
- Individual Therapy - CPT 90837
- Individual Therapy - CPT 90834
- Individual Therapy - CPT 90832
Other things you may want to ask about are:
- What your deductible is
- What your co-insurance payment will be
- How many visits you get per year
- If you need authorization for your visits
- Details on how to submit a superbill

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
To cancel a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. We understand that life happens. If your provider is able to do so, we offer the option to reschedule within the same week at no extra charge. Sessions will be considered "No Show" appointments if the client is not present within 15 minutes of the appointment time.
About Your Right To Receive A Good Faith Estimate Of Expected Charges
Under the law as health care providers, we will give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This estimate is called a "Good Faith Estimate" and explains how much your therapy and neurofeedback services will cost. Here are a few key things you should know about your Good Faith Estimate:
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- You may ensure that we give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 3 business days before your therapy and neurofeedback services or item. You can also ask us for a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling.
- If you receive a bill that is $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- It's recommended that you save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
