Non-Talk Therapy

Neurofeedback Training in Little Rock

Helping people discover ways to manage whatever life throws at them.

When there is a lot going on in life, many people find it hard to cope.

Most people who start Neurofeedback Training feel trapped in a life they don't love. Perhaps you can relate? Maybe your days start to blur together or you're noticing that you complain a lot about feeling stressed, tired, and unfulfilled.

Stuck in negativity and feeling miserable all the time, you may feel like life is overwhelming, like it’s too much.

Do You Feel Tired, Stressed, Moody?

Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • Your energy levels are at an all-time low.
  • You feel like you lack motivation to do anything.
  • You feel dread, fear, strange thoughts, and a pounding heart.
  • You wake up every morning feeling overwhelmed and depressed.
  • You feel like there are so many things to manage and your forever growing "to do list" leaves you feeling completely overwhelmed.

If these sound true for you, we want you to know that, even though you may feel alone, many people in your circumstances need support considering the many challenges you are facing.

Self-care is not an indulgence or a selfish act. In fact, it is especially important to take care of yourself when you have the responsibility of caring for others.

Neurofeedback Training Can Help You Get Your Life Back

It’s possible to feel better. Imagine a life where you could...

  • Stop worrying all the time.
  • Be high energy, motivated, and ambitious.
  • Have improved attitude, mood, and productivity.
  • Improve your relationship with yourself and those you choose to share yourself with.
  • Stop letting anxiety affect the way you live or make any decisions for you.

Change Your Perspective On Life

Neurofeedback Training helps you rise above your challenges and start moving towards your ideal life with less worry and more action.

You will get the fresh perspective you need to find your way through difficult feelings and situations and lower your overall anxiety in life.

Even if you are not usually comfortable opening up to people, Neurofeedback Training may be able to help. We've helped people struggling with overwhelm and stress find their way to calmer lives without the need to talk much about what's happening. Our clients discover there are many paths to the goal of healing.

We are Neurodivergent Therapies, and we offer Non-Talk Therapy to help.

How Neurofeedback Training Works

Neurofeedback Training consists of 25-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, your therapist will share what the science tells us about what's going on for you and ask questions about concrete experiences (ex: how long did you sleep?; how many headaches have you had this week?), they play an active role. Here’s how it will work step-by-step:

1. First, your therapist will provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable identifying the symptom you'd like to target with training. Your provider can provide you with options if you are unsure. You will also complete a Brain Function Assessment questionnaire before your first appointment.

2. Through reviewing your Brain Function Assessment, your therapist will start to get a picture of what your challenges are.

3. Next your therapist will start by helping you with immediate concerns like managing difficult emotions and challenging life situations.

4. You will work together to discover what your goals are in training and in life. Keeping your unique goals in mind, you’ll figure out what’s needed to help you reach them.

5. Over the course of your sessions, you will start making progress towards the life you desire.

Research shows that Neurofeedback Training can be tremendously effective with experiences like depression, anxiety, sleep struggles, low energy, emotional regulation, task performance, and more.
